The role focuses on delivering actionable insights, building scalable reporting solutions, and supporting campaign effectiveness measurement through advanced analytics and visualization.

Worked in Retail domain

Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions

Strong written and communication skill

Expertise in marketing research, customer experience research insights

Intermediate SQL for data extraction and transformation

Must have Retail domain experience for at least 2-3 years

57 years of experience in retail marketing research, customer experience research insights

Experience working with large datasets and marketing performance data

Exposure to retail or media analytics

Exposure to marketing analytics and performance measurement is preferred

Worked on BI tools Power BI. Tableau is preferred

Experience working with campaign data, advertiser metrics, or marketing datasets preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:

Generate actionable insights using customer and behavioral datasets

Carry out Market research and Competitor trends analysis/studies

Create clear, concise executive reporting packs

Translate complex data into simple, business-friendly narratives

Build, maintain, and enhance marketing dashboards

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability for business stakeholders

Analyze campaign effectiveness across paid, owned, and earned channels

Identify performance drivers, optimization opportunities, and ROI insights

Partner with marketing teams to provide analytics inputs for planning and forecasting

Support test-and-learn frameworks and measurement roadmaps
