Roles and Responsibilities:

Support the development and delivery of standard recurring reports using Excel and data from OBIEE

Maintain consistency, accuracy, and reliability across reporting outputs through regular checks and validation.

Identify and escalate data anomalies or inconsistencies to senior team members for timely resolution.

Collaborate with team members to meet reporting timelines and service level commitments.

Assist in root cause investigations for reporting issues and support documentation of corrective actions.

Contribute to team initiatives, process improvements, and operational deliverables as assigned.

Participate in training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance reporting skills and process understanding.
