Total 2-5 years of experience; 2+ years in reporting and visualization roles.

Proficiency in Looker, Power BI or Tableau (dashboard creation, DAX, calculated fields).

Advanced SQL (writing queries, joins, aggregations, performance tuning).

Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).

Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and relational databases.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Looker, Power BI or Tableau to visualize KPIs and business performance.

Develop automated, scheduled reports that reduce manual effort and ensure consistent, reliable delivery of insights.

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources using SQL for use in reporting pipelines.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Prepare delivery and performance reports covering eligible audience, sends, opens, clicks, conversions, and other agreed KPIs.

Monitor dashboard performance and data refresh cycles to ensure reliability and accuracy.

Ensure data quality and consistency across all reporting outputs and flag discrepancies proactively.

Support ad-hoc data requests by querying databases and presenting results in a clear, accessible format.

Create data visualizations that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and anomalies to non-technical audiences.

Work alongside data engineering teams to understand data pipelines and resolve upstream data issues.

Maintain documentation for all reports, dashboards, and data definitions to ensure knowledge continuity.
