The Junior Analyst supports the TR BACC in delivering dashboards, analytics, and data-driven insights to improve business decisions and processes across functions.

Passion for data, reporting, analytics, data modelling, cloud technology, security, privacy, and DevOps principles

Strong ambition to grow in data, analytics, and analytical technology

Basic understanding of programming languages, deployment methods, and training delivery

Well organized and able to manage multiple priorities concurrently

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist the Senior Analyst in developing proactive ideas and solutions to business problems

Apply data-modelling concepts, analytical tools, and methods to solve complex business problems with appropriate guidance

Participate in projects with stakeholders and team members to deliver practical analytics solutions

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, data models, and workflow automations that provide timely and accurate insights

Support agile ways of working by helping establish clear processes, procedures, and tools for rapid insight delivery

Validate data quality, investigate discrepancies, and communicate findings and recommendations clearly

Support continuous improvement and business-process redesign with relevant data and analysis

Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong organization, documentation, and attention to detail
