    The person taking up this role will be responsible for the preparation and support of standard Compliance reports, using data from internal and client systems. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring proficiency in Excel, with basic exposure to Power Query and VBA for report automation + Compliance Tools. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work with data accurately, and a willingness to learn and grow in a data-driven environment. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset are essential for success.

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  11. Support the development and delivery of standard recurring reports using Excel and data from Compliance systems such as Bullhorn; Cognos; Peoplesoft
  12. Maintain consistency, accuracy, and reliability across reporting outputs through regular checks and validation
  13. Identify and escalate data anomalies or inconsistencies to senior team members for timely resolution
  14. Collaborate with team members to meet reporting timelines and service level commitments
  15. Assist in root cause investigations for reporting issues and support documentation of corrective actions
  16. Contribute to team initiatives, process improvements, and operational deliverables as assigned
  17. Participate in training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance reporting skills and process understanding
  18. Remains comfortable extending support until 1200 EST for Client meetings & discussions
