Role Description The I&C Vendor role at Hero Motocorp Ltd in Rajasthan is a full-time, on-site position based in Dholpur. The role involves overseeing installation and commissioning activities, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring that all work complies with company standards and safety guidelines. Daily tasks include monitoring project timelines, maintaining accurate documentation, supervising vendor personnel, and supporting quality checks on equipment and systems. The I&C Vendor is also responsible for reporting progress, addressing operational issues, and contributing to continuous improvement in field processes and vendor performance.
Qualifications

• Experience in installation, commissioning, and field operations within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical and electrical systems, equipment handling, and standard safety practices.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for working with vendors, site teams, and management.
• Ability to interpret work instructions, maintain records, and follow standardized operating procedures.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a plant or field environment, including willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to quality and compliance.
• Minimum of a relevant technical diploma or certification; prior experience in vendor management or I&C roles is an advantage.
• Comfort with using basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, reporting systems) for documentation and communication.
