HyperMILL CAM Programmer - 5-Axis Milling

Location: Remote, India (Work hours: Hungary 6:00 AM 2:00 PM; requires 4-hour overlap with CET)

We are seeking an experienced HyperMILL CAM Programmer to create robust, collision-free programs for our advanced 3- and 5-axis machining centers (Hermle, DMG MORI, Matsuura).

Key Responsibilities

• Program complex precision parts in HyperMILL from 3D models and technical drawings.
• Perform full machine simulations for every program to eliminate collisions between tools, holders, fixtures, and machines.
• Deliver ready-to-run packages including post-processed NC code and detailed setup sheets (clamping, zero points, and tool lists).
• Collaborate within our HyperMILL environment using our specific machine models, post-processors, and tool database.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on HyperMILL programming experience (mandatory).
• Technical Skills: Proven expertise in 3+2 and 5-axis programming and proficiency in reading complex engineering drawings with tight tolerances.
• Background: Shop-floor machining experience is a strong advantage.
• Communication: Good written English skills and ability to maintain at least a 4-hour daily overlap with Central European working hours.
