Hyland OnBase Developer

We are seeking a skilled

Hyland OnBase Developer/Consultant to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Hyland OnBase solutions, document management, workflow automation, and system integrations. The candidate will be responsible for supporting, developing, and enhancing OnBase applications to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, configure, and support Hyland OnBase solutions.
• Configure document types, keywords, workflows, work view, forms, and Unity Forms.
• Develop and maintain OnBase workflow and process automation solutions.
• Integrate OnBase with enterprise applications using APIs and web services.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Perform system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams.

Required Skills :

• 6 to 10 years of experience with

Hyland OnBase .Strong experience in:

• OnBase Configuration
• Workflow
• WorkView
• Unity Forms
• Document Management
• Integration Services
• Knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Hyland OnBase Certifications.
• Experience with C#, .NET, or VB.NET.
• Exposure to cloud-based solutions and modernization projects.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
