Hydraulic Systems Engineer

Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize hydraulic systems for heavy industrial equipment.
• Create hydraulic circuits, schematics, and BOMs using engineering tools.
• Work extensively with Creo and Windchill for component selection and product data management.
• Perform hydraulic calculations, testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and service functions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, DIN, and SAE standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in hydraulic systems for construction, mining, material handling, agricultural, or heavy equipment industries.
• Strong expertise in hydraulic components including pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, and accumulators.
• Hands-on experience with Creo and Windchill is mandatory.
• Knowledge of electro-hydraulic systems, PLC controls, FMEA, and DFMEA is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
