Salary Budget: Upto 7.50 LPA

Education: B.Tech./Diploma (Mech.)

Location- Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Job Summary

• Hydraulic Machine operation concepts should be very clear & with proper experience
• Hydraulic Press Engineer will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of hydraulic press machines used in manufacturing processes.
• The role includes ensuring smooth production, minimizing downtime, improving machine efficiency, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Key Responsibilities-Machine Operation & Maintenance
• Operate and monitor hydraulic press machines efficiently.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic systems.
• Inspect hydraulic cylinders, pumps, valves, seals, hoses, and pressure systems.
• Ensure proper lubrication and machine calibration.
• Troubleshooting
• Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical faults.
• Analyze machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Production Support
• Support production teams in achieving daily production targets.
• Optimize press parameters such as pressure, stroke, and cycle time.
• Process Improvement
• Improve machine efficiency and productivity.
