We are looking for an experienced and passionate Hyderabadi Biryani & Curry Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in authentic Hyderabadi cuisine, particularly biryanis, curries, gravies, and traditional Indian preparations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, including chicken, mutton and other variations.
• Prepare a wide range of Hyderabadi and Indian curries, gravies and accompaniments.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation and portion control.
• Follow standardized recipes, food-costing and kitchen hygiene procedures.
• Manage mise en place and ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Monitor food quality, freshness and wastage.
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to develop and maintain menu standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety and proper storage practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Hyderabadi/Indian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of authentic Hyderabadi biryani and curry preparation.
• Experience in a hotel, fine-dining restaurant or high-volume restaurant is preferred.
• Good understanding of food cost, portion control and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a professional culinary team.
