Salary and Other Benefits Post / Trade Monthly Salary / Pay Scale Remarks Junior Technician (All Trades) 21,000 per month (Basic Pay) Includes basic pay; Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) + allowances may be applicable as per Defence PSU norms. Junior Technician (Contract) 21,000 + DA + Other Allowances Defence PSU fixed tenure; benefits like IDA and allowances may be given.
