Hvac Technician

Role & responsibilities :

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on AC units, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, and related equipment.
• Check refrigerant levels, pressures, electrical connections, and system performance.
• Identify and repair refrigerant leaks and other system issues.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Maintain service records, maintenance reports, and job documentation.
• Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
• Coordinate with other maintenance and facility teams when required.
• Follow company safety procedures and industry standards.

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma/Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and refrigeration principles.
• Ability to use HVAC testing and diagnostic tools.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts when required.
