Hvac Technician

Role & responsibilities

• Handle general maintenance and repair of QSR equipment and facilities.
• Attend breakdowns and maintenance complaints across outlets.
• Carry out preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair cooking equipment, exhaust systems, pumps, motors and other store equipment.
• Conduct regular inspection to identify potential equipment failures.
• Ensure minimum equipment downtime and timely breakdown closure.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and services.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists and service reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance SOPs.
• Support smooth day-to-day technical operations of QSR outlets.
