1. HVAC Technician

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems, including air-conditioning units, ventilation systems, and chillers, wherever applicable.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Identify technical faults and troubleshoot HVAC systems to minimize downtime.
• Monitor system performance, temperature, airflow, and energy efficiency.
• Inspect electrical and mechanical components associated with HVAC equipment.
• Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and equipment inspection checklists.
• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC controls and associated systems.
• Coordinate with the Facility Management team for repairs and maintenance requirements.
• Follow safety procedures while handling HVAC equipment and refrigerants.
• Report major faults, repair requirements, and spare-parts needs to the concerned supervisor.

2. Horticulture Supervisor

• Supervise gardeners and ensure proper maintenance of lawns, gardens, landscaped areas, and green spaces.
• Plan and monitor watering, pruning, mowing, trimming, and plantation activities.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of drip irrigation and watering systems.
• Monitor pond dosing and related maintenance activities as per prescribed procedures.
• Maintain healthy plants, trees, shrubs, and seasonal flower beds.
• Ensure the availability and proper utilization of gardening tools, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and work quality of gardening staff.
• Implement seasonal plantation and landscaping improvement plans.
• Maintain horticulture records, work schedules, and inspection reports.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic standards across landscaped areas.

3. IT Support Executive

• Provide technical support for CCTV surveillance, Public Address (PA) systems, kiosks, and digital ticketing systems.
• Monitor the operational status of IT equipment and associated systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Ensure the proper functioning of CCTV cameras, recording systems, displays, and related equipment.
• Support the operation and maintenance of digital ticketing systems and interactive kiosks.
• Assist in system updates, configuration, testing, and routine maintenance.
• Maintain IT asset registers, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with service providers and technical teams for repairs and issue resolution.
• Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with applicable IT procedures.
• Report system failures, recurring technical issues, and downtime to the concerned manager.
