HVAC Technician Data Centre Operations & Maintenance

Role & responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems in Data Centre facilities.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, precision air-conditioning systems, and related equipment.
• Monitor temperature, humidity, and cooling performance to ensure uninterrupted Data Centre operations.
• Identify faults, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate corrective maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance checklists, service logs, and daily reports.
• Follow safety procedures and support 247 shift operations as per project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Air Conditioning, or a relevant HVAC trade.
• More than 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC operation and maintenance in Data Centres or large physical infrastructure facilities.
• Hands-on knowledge of chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, precision cooling, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and equipment monitoring.
• Candidates from Data Centres, commercial buildings, hospitals, industrial facilities, or other large infrastructure facilities may apply.
• Willingness to work in 247 rotational shifts at Hebbal, Bengaluru.
