Hvac Supervisor

Supervise day-to-day HVAC installation and service work on-site, with hands-on understanding of VRF and ductable air-conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation teams carrying out VRF and ductable AC jobs at customer sites.
• Check work quality for piping, insulation, drainage, ducting, unit positioning and installation readiness.
• Allocate daily tasks to technicians and installers and track progress against the project plan.
• Identify site-level technical issues, coordinate rectification and escalate complex problems to the project manager.
• Maintain basic site reports, measurements and material requirements.
• Ensure tools, materials and personnel follow site procedures and safety practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HVAC Supervisor role.
• Strong practical knowledge of VRF and ductable AC systems.
• Ability to supervise technicians and independently manage routine site execution.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience reading installation drawings and coordinating with civil / electrical teams.
• Familiarity with copper piping, ducting, pressure testing and commissioning support.

Work setting: Role involves regular project-site visits and coordination with HVAC technicians.
