Hvac Site Engineer

Role Description

• HVAC site execution & installation
• Ducting, piping, AHU/FCU, VRF/VRV, Chiller Plant Room & ventilation
• Read drawings & coordinate MEP activities
• Manage manpower & subcontractors
• Material planning & site measurements
• Testing, commissioning & quality control
• Daily progress reporting & client/consultant coordination
• Ensure site safety and timely completion

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong foundation in HVAC Engineering and practical HVAC knowledge for building systems.
• Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety standards, and energy efficiency best practices.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
• Prior experience in HVAC projects for commercial, residential, or healthcare facilities is an advantage.
