HVAC Service Manager Daikin AC Installation & Service

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage, guide and supervise AC installation and service technicians

- Plan and allocate daily installation, repair and service calls

- Technical troubleshooting of Split, Cassette, Ductable, Package, VRV/VRF and commercial AC systems

- Strong knowledge of *Daikin AC installation, servicing and fault diagnosis* preferred

- Ensure proper installation practices, testing, commissioning and service quality

- Monitor pending complaints and ensure timely job closure

- Coordinate with customers, technicians and office/service team

- Track technician productivity, service calls and installations

- Maintain proper records of complaints, installations, AMC/service visits and pending jobs

- Prepare *daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports*

- Maintain tracking of technician-wise jobs, pending work, completed work and customer complaints

- Monitor spare parts requirement and usage

- Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company/service standards

*Qualification:*

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC or relevant technical qualification.
