Job Description : Mitshuoshi Engineers, a leading HVAC Turnkey Contracting company, is seeking few experienced Sales & Business Development professional to drive sales growth, client acquisition, and project conversions. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for lead generation, techno-commercial coordination, cost sheet preparation, and order closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business for HVAC turnkey projects and manage key clients
- Track enquiries, tenders, and conduct client meetings & negotiations
- Prepare cost sheets, estimates, and techno-commercial proposals
- Study BOQs, drawings, and coordinate with internal teams for accurate costing
- Handle pre-bid clarifications and support order closure
- Monitor market trends and maintain sales pipeline / MIS reports
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred) Minimum 5-10 years of experience in HVAC/MEP Business Development
- Strong exposure to HVAC trunkey projects (Commercial, Hospitality, Healthcare, Industrial)
- Proven ability in cost sheet preparation, estimation, and pricing
- Strong client-handling , negosiation and closer skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively
EXPERIENCE IN HVAC INDUSTRY IS A MUST
