Role & responsibilities:Field sales

1. Study customer enquiries, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications.

2. Assist in preparing cost estimates and quotations for HVAC projects.

3. Calculate material quantities and prepare preliminary BOQs.

4. Support the selection and costing of HVAC equipment and materials.

5. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain product pricing and technical details.

6. Compare quotations and prepare cost comparison statements.

7. Assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals and tender documents.

8. Coordinate with the sales, projects, procurement, and engineering teams.

9. Maintain records of quotations, costing sheets, BOQs, and project-related documents.

10. Learn and understand HVAC systems, including air conditioning, ventilation, ducting, and related equipment.

11. Ensure accuracy and timely submission of estimates and quotations.

12. Field visits.

Preferred candidate profile

Any one interested in field sales.

Must have a two wheeler.

Note: After the completion of internship will also offer with JOB.
