About this role
- Conduct meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and government officials to present AIPL products, provide technical presentations, arrange mock-ups, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Generate business enquiries, prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, and follow up for order finalization.
- Review purchase orders (POs) to ensure compliance with AIPL's terms and conditions and coordinate with clients/contractors for any required amendments.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial terms and pricing while contributing to sales strategy planning and execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of orders.
- Follow up with clients regarding payments and address any project-related concerns.
- Implement and maintain effective sales and marketing practices to promote business growth.
- Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Submit weekly activity reports and monthly order updates, including target vs. achievement analysis and action plans.
- Represent the company at regional HVAC industry events, exhibitions, and other relevant forums as required.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
