Job Description/Key Responsibilities
1. Support Sales Managers in handling HVAC and chiller-related enquiries
2. Assist in client interactions, meetings, and follow-ups within the assigned region
3. Provide technical support related to chillers, pumps, AHUs, and HVAC systems during sales discussions
4. Help understand project requirements at a high level and communicate them internally
5. Support preparation of techno-commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams
6. Participate in technical discussions with consultants, contractors, and clients
7. Assist in tender documentation, technical submissions, and clarifications
8. Coordinate with engineering and execution teams for smooth handover after order confirmation
9. Track enquiries, quotations, and ongoing opportunities
10. Travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and site visits
Desired Candidate Profile
1. 4-5 years of experience in HVAC / chiller sales or sales support
2. Good technical knowledge of chillers, pumps, and HVAC systems
3. Exposure to project-based or B2B sales environments
4. Experience interacting with consultants, EPC contractors, and clients
5. Strong communication and coordination skills
6. Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu as required
