Hvac Sales Engineer

Sales Coordination & Support

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Coordinate with sales executives, customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely execution of orders.
• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets through effective coordination and follow-ups.
• Schedule meetings, maintain sales calendars, and support customer visits.

Quotation & Proposal Management

• Prepare and submit Quotations (QOB/QTN), proposals, and commercial offers as per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with technical and estimation teams to obtain pricing and technical details.
• Prepare cost comparisons and support pricing discussions.
• Ensure quotations are submitted accurately and within committed timelines.

Order Processing & Documentation

• Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry into company systems.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and accounts departments for smooth order execution.
• Track order status from receipt to delivery and provide regular updates to customers.
• Maintain records of contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and sales-related documents.

Customer Relationship Management

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Handle customer complaints, concerns, and service requests professionally.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up.

Sales Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Track sales performance, order status, revenue, and key sales metrics.
• Generate MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Maintain accurate sales records and databases.

Database & Record Management

• Maintain and update customer databases, contact details, inquiry records, and sales pipelines.
• Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Manage CRM data and ensure information is updated regularly.
