Hvac Sales Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with consultants, architects, MEP contractors, builders, and end clients across Bangalore and surrounding regions
• Understand client requirements and prepare technical proposals, load calculations, and system selections in coordination with the design/engineering team
• Prepare and present quotations, cost estimates, and techno-commercial offers
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, and key decision-makers to generate leads and repeat business
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets
• Coordinate with pre-sales, design, and after-sales/service teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to provide inputs for strategy
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline in CRM
• Attend product presentations, trade shows, and client meetings to promote company offerings
• Ensure timely payment collection and resolve client queries related to orders
