HVAC Project Sales Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HVAC projects from tendering to installation, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, negotiation, and proposal management.
• Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, CRM units, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate project costs accurately.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in HVAC sales or related field.
• Strong knowledge of bid evaluation processes and ability to prepare winning tenders.
• Proficiency in preparing accurate estimates using software such as BOQ builder or similar tools.
