Position: HVAC Project Sales Engineer

Location: Sector 48 Gurgaon

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Sales professional to manage the complete sales cycle for HVAC projects from tender identification to final handover. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems along with excellent negotiation and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and sales processes
• Identify, track, and participate in tender bidding for HVAC projects
• Obtain and evaluate offers/quotations from vendors and subcontractors
• Coordinate and secure equipment approvals from clients/consultants
• Prepare sales documents, quotations, and commercial proposals
• Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present solutions
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids in line with tender specifications
• Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate terms with clients
• Coordinate with the design/engineering team for technical submittals and drawings
• Liaise with consultants and contractors for material approvals (MEP/HVAC)
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate new business leads
• Track project timelines to ensure timely submission of bids and documents
• Prepare comparative statements (vendor quotes) for cost optimization
• Coordinate with the procurement team for order placement after project confirmation
• Maintain records of tenders, contracts, and client correspondence
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and new HVAC technologies
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5-7 Years of experience in HVAC project sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
