Role & responsibilities

1.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, VRF, DX, Ventilation, Ducting, Chilled Water, FCU, AHU, etc.)

2.Project planning, scheduling, and execution

3.HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and handover

4.Cost estimation and budget management

5.BOQ, drawings, and specification interpretation

6.Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)

7.Knowledge of local authority regulations and safety standards

8.Procurement and subcontractor management

9.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera (preferred), and Microsoft Office
