Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed HVAC and plumbing models using appropriate software tools.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure systems are designed according to project specifications and standards.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution on model drawings to prevent conflicts in design and construction phases.
- Prepare and update design documentation, including schematics, layouts, and specifications.
- Ensure all modeling activities adhere to industry standards and best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of project estimates and schedules.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior modelers and team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in HVAC and plumbing design.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Proficiency in modeling software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or similar applications.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, including codes and industry standards.
- Experience in conflict detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC or plumbing design are a plus.
- Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM) processes and practices is highly desirable.
