Cowrks has a brand value of excellent products - whether it is in developing Our own Flex (co-working) centres or in Design Solutions we offer to Clients. We are looking for an Experienced Interior Designer to join our Internal Design Team, to undertake a variety of Commercial Workplace designs Co-Working office design projects. A comprehensive knowledge of MEP services coordination at Design stage and Execution Support to the internal Project team is expected to achieve a wholistic Design excellence. Must be comfortable in actively working with a team and have demonstrable experience in developing and building design teams to deliver outstanding design and documentation quality. Key Responsibilities

• Build Sustain Clients/internal stakeholders relationships, act as primary interface for design with Business and Revenue units, external consultants such as Interior design, MEP, Kitchen, Accoustic etc for all aspects pertaining to projects.

• Lead and oversee technical documentation of projects with the ability to define and develop studio standards for production at scale and leverage learnings to optimize production and daily operations.

• Be sensitive to and understand the business requirements to contribute to product development and continuous improvement of the base offering.

• Offer support in terms of Testfits, design, GFC documentation and process formulation to ensure uninterrupted project delivery, including spear heading a few projects by self.

• Oversee design requests of retrofits and help in quantification.

Essential Skills

• Strong leadership, Good communication stakeholder relationship

• Working Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D 3D, Sketchup, PPT Photoshop. BIM skills would be an added advantage

Key Performance Indicators

• Speed and accuracy of delivery using necessary software tools required for design development.

• Ability to identify points of improvement across various facets of design and provide solutions within the set framework to best extent.
• Innovation with respect to design solutions, Budgetary adherence, Sustainability Usage implementation of Digital tools to make efficient processes.
