About this role
- Supervise day-to-day installation and execution of HVAC works at site.
- Handle HVAC piping works, including chilled water, condenser water, refrigerant, drain, and associated piping.
- Supervise installation of AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
- Check HVAC layouts, shop drawings, P&IDs, and equipment installation as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate HVAC works with electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other MEP services.
- Monitor contractors and subcontractors and ensure work is completed as per schedule and quality requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate testing, balancing, and commissioning activities.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and coordination issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports, material requirements, and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and applicable HVAC & MEP standards.
