Hvac Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Engineer to lead critical HVAC Systems operations within our pharmaceutical manufacturing environment at Synnat Pharma, a fast-growing leader in API production. You will be instrumental in ensuring GMP Regulations and Regulatory Compliance for Cleanroom HVAC, managing Air Handling Units (AHUs), and optimizing Chilled Water Systems. We seek 5-8 years of experience in HVAC Validation, System Optimization, and Environmental Conditions Control, coupled with a strong grasp of Preventive Maintenance and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). HVAC System Operations & Maintenance

• Oversee daily operation, monitoring, and performance of AHUs, chillers, and ventilation systems in pharma cleanrooms
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for HVAC malfunctions; implement CAPA
• Manage external contractors/vendors for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
• Maintain records of operations, maintenance, repairs, and calibration logs

Regulatory Compliance & Validation

• Implement air quality monitoring programs to meet cleanroom classification requirements
• Support internal/external audits with documentation and technical expertise
• Prepare/review validation documents, SOPs, and change control requests
• Lead HVAC validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) and revalidation processes
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, WHO, and other pharma regulatory guidelines

System Optimization & Energy Efficiency

• Track emerging HVAC technologies and best practices for potential adoption
• Use BMS and control systems to monitor and optimize HVAC performance
• Recommend infrastructure upgrades to improve efficiency and meet production needs
• Conduct energy audits and propose cost/environmental-impact reduction measures
• Drive strategies for improved HVAC performance, reliability, and efficiency

Cross-functional Coordination & Project Support

• Contribute to capital expenditure (CapEx) proposals for HVAC projects
• Serve as SME for HVAC-related queries and initiatives org-wide
• Train/mentor junior engineers and maintenance staff on operations and safety
• Support new facility design, expansion, and equipment installation from an HVAC perspective
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, QA, and Validation teams for seamless integration
