HVAC Engineer/Purchase Executive

Role 1: HVAC Engineer

Qualification & Experience

• Education: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in fire-related HVAC systems/projects

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the installation, testing, and maintenance of HVAC and fire-protection/fire-safety systems.
• Ensure all installations adhere to national fire safety codes and building standards.
• Coordinate with clients, site technicians, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot integration issues between fire suppression and HVAC setups.

Role 2: Purchase Executive

Qualification & Experience

• Education: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing within the same engineering field

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement of engineering/HVAC components, electrical materials, and fire safety equipment.
• Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing/terms, and establish vendor networks.
• Generate Purchase Orders (POs), track shipments, and resolve delivery or supply chain issues.
• Manage inventory records, maintain purchase documentation, and verify invoices.
