7 to 10 years experience in commercial HVAC with electrical knowledge (optional)

Strong problem solving, planning and project management skills.
Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Project
Work Location: Guindy, Chennai.

Job Description
- Thorough knowledge in Project Schedule, Project Execution, Cost controlling and Technical
- Responsible for the overall financial performance of assigned projects including project
installation projects
- High level commitment at jobsite to achieve the contract completion on time with quality
- Maintaining the good relationships with sub-contractors, customer, identifying issues that
- Knowledge of T&C and Handing over documents completion procedure.
