HVAC Costing and Estimation

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC project costing, estimates, and BOQs.
• Perform quantity take-offs from HVAC drawings.
• Analyze material, labor, and installation costs.
• Prepare tenders and techno-commercial proposals.
• Obtain and compare vendor quotations.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in HVAC costing and estimation.
• Knowledge of VRF/VRV, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
