Role & responsibilities

Model-Based Development • Develop HVAC control algorithms using MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow. • Create detailed control models based on system requirements. • Generate production-ready code using Embedded Coder. • Perform model reviews and architecture assessments. • Develop reusable software components and libraries. HVAC CCM Function Development • Automatic Climate Control (ACC) • Cabin Temperature Control • Dual Zone Climate Control • Blower Speed Control • Air Mix Flap Control • Mode Flap Control • Recirculation Flap Control • Compressor Control Logic • Defogger and Demister Control • Thermal Comfort Management • Energy Optimization for HVAC Systems Verification & Validation • Model-in-the-Loop (MIL) • Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) • Processor-in-the-Loop (PIL) • Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) • Unit and Integration Testing • Vehicle-Level Validation Software Integration • Integrate auto-generated code on automotive ECUs. • Support calibration and tuning activities. • Analyze vehicle test data and optimize controller performance. • Debug software issues and perform root-cause analysis. Documentation & Process Compliance • Software Requirement Analysis • Software Design Documentation • Traceability Management • ASPICE Compliance Activities • Configuration Management and Release Activities
