HVAC BIM Modeler

Location: Delhi / NCR (Flexibility to work from either our Delhi - Barakhamba office or Noida - Sector 125 office as per business requirements)

Rudrabhishek Enterprises is looking for an experienced and skilled HVAC BIM Modeler to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and MEP BIM projects, with deep technical proficiency in Revit MEP, multi-disciplinary clash detection, and detailed construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• HVAC & MEP Modeling:
• Develop detailed and accurate 3D models for HVAC systems (ductwork, piping, equipment layout, diffusers, etc.) using Revit MEP.
• Produce precise shop drawings, installation drawings, coordination layouts, and fabrication documentation.
• Clash Detection & Coordination:
• Perform multi-disciplinary clash detection and coordination checks between HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and structural/architectural services.
• Resolve site coordination clashes proactively and optimize routing layouts prior to construction.
• BIM Standards & Workflows:
• Implement standard BIM workflows, protocols, and quality standards across assigned projects.
• Collaborate effectively with senior MEP engineers, project managers, and drafting teams to meet tight project deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (or a relevant HVAC/MEP qualification).
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated professional experience working on MEP/HVAC BIM projects.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Expert-level command over Revit MEP and modern BIM coordination software.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, duct sizing, equipment placement, and national/international BIM standards.
• Proven ability in multidisciplinary clash detection and resolution.
• Work Flexibility: Must be willing to work from either the Delhi (Barakhamba) or Noida (Sector 125) office based on project needs.
