About the Role

blueBriX is growing fast, and our HR team needs hands that can move not just watch. We're bringing on 4 interns for a 3-month program covering the two things that actually keep a company running: getting good people in the door (recruitment) and keeping them once they're here (employee experience).This isn't a coffee-run internship. You'll be sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling and sometimes sitting in on interviews, helping run onboarding, and working on the stuff that makes people actually want to stay at a company engagement, performance, learning, and how we show up as an employer both inside and outside the company. Strong performers will be considered for full-time roles on the HR team at the end of the 3 months.

What You'll Do

• Source and screen candidates across open roles, primarily for IT, Product, GTM, Operations, and RCM roles.
• Post jobs, manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews
• Assist with new hire onboarding — paperwork, orientation, first-week check-ins
• Help design and run employee engagement activities (surveys, events, recognition programs)
• Support performance management cycles — review scheduling, tracking, goal-setting templates
• Assist with learning & development — training calendars, onboarding curriculum, skill-building sessions
• Contribute to employer branding — internal (culture content, newsletters, recognition) and external (careers page, social presence, employer review sites)
• Track HR metrics — time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rate, early attrition, engagement scores
• Support day-to-day HR operations: policy questions, employee files, compliance basics

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree — HR, business, psychology, or related field (not a hard requirement if you've got the right instincts)
• Strong communication skills — you'll be talking to candidates and employees daily
• Organized. You'll be juggling multiple pipelines and calendars at once
• Curious and low-ego — willing to do the unglamorous work (data entry, scheduling) as well as the interesting work (candidate conversations, culture projects)
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; ATS or HRIS exposure is a plus, not required

Compensation: Paid internship (Rs. 10,000/month) 

Outcome: 4 internship roles, with scope for full-time offers on the HR team after 3 months of evaluation
