Educational: Any Graduate + Professional Courses in Social Welfare

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure all Employee Welfare activities.
2. Coordinate & sensitize Employee Engagement Activities.
3. Develop and plan creative cum informative indication training program for new joiner.
4. Preparation of monthly & yearly training schedules as per the training needs & arrange for the training programs.
5. Take care of Recruitment process for the officers.

ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure food quality, availability of water and other welfare provisions extended to employees are adequate.
2. Prepare an Engagement Calendar and plan for the activities.
3. Provide inputs, facilitate and supervise the Induction Training provided to all employees
4. Conduct Training needs analysis by analysing the performance review data in consultation with Unit head and department heads.
5. Identify training needs for all employee
6. Update & keeping track of Training records, Training Calendar and feedback.
7. Certificate and Background verification should be done for new joiners.
8. Coordinating and scheduling meetings and other gatherings.
9. Vehicle & Canteen Administration
10. SOPs related to GHK & Hygiene related matters, Stationary Administration etc.
11. Administration related to Security & Contract Labour Management (processing Bills)
12. Statutory compliances related to OHC, Canteen, Transportation
13. CSR Activities - To run the CSR agenda of the site
14. To make sure that the available welfare facilities provided under the Regulation
15. To ensure adequate supervision of the amenities provided, especially as regards canteens, rest rooms, washing and toilet facilities and drinking water. Ensure all the welfare statutory requirements in the factory.
16. To ensure first aid, medical treatment and other assistance for workers who are injured in the course of their employment.
17. To assist in the organisation of recreational facilities and educational courses
