Human Resourse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Leadership

- Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with overall business objectives

- Act as a strategic business partner to leadership on workforce planning, org design and talent forecasting

2. Talent Acquisition & Management

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for tech, sales, and operations roles

- Build a strong employer brand to attract top talent

- Implement robust talent retention and succession planning frameworks

3. Culture & Employee Engagement

- Champion company culture and drive engagement initiatives

- Lead onboarding, performance management, and learning & development programs

4. HR Operations & Compliance

- Oversee payroll, HRMS, compliance, and policy implementation

- Ensure adherence to all laws and statutory requirements

- Drive data-driven HR decision making with HR analytics

5. Leadership Development

- Coach and mentor managers, build leadership capability

- Drive performance review cycles (OKRs/KRAs) and career growth paths

What We're Looking For:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field from a reputed institute

- 10-14 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role

- Strong exposure to tech hiring, scaling teams from 50 to 200+

- Deep understanding of HR best practices, laws and modern HR tools

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
