Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Faculty / Trainer to provide practical and industry-oriented training in Human Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct HR training sessions for students and professionals.
• Teach recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, HR operations, and labour laws.
• Provide practical examples, case studies, and industry-based training.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, workshops and assessments.
• Mentor students and help them develop job-ready HR skills.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
• Stay updated with current HR practices and industry trends.
• Maintain attendance and training records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, MBA HR, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, training, or teaching.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver practical and engaging training.
• Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
