HR – Recruitment & Operations | Noida
Location: Noida
Experience: 3–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the client - facility management site requirements.
- Partner with business and hiring managers on manpower planning and closures.
- Manage onboarding, documentation, employee records and HR processes.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
- Drive employee engagement, retention and HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes.
- Track recruitment metrics, TAT and provide regular hiring updates.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably with strong recruitment and HR operations exposure.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
