Role & responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible to work in different shifts and willing to work on Saturdays when required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working from home and flexible to work from the office on an occasional basis.
• Fresh graduates with an HR-related educational background or internship experience will have an added advantage.
• Prior stakeholder management experience is preferred.
• Experience using online interview and virtual meeting platforms.
• Ability to assist and coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Exposure to recruitment processes and talent acquisition activities.
• Experience managing data, audits, reporting, or similar administrative activities with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Profile

• HR Graduate/Fresher with internship experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Proficient in handling recruitment data, reports, and process tracking.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
