HR Operations Executive (2+ Years Experience)

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and documentation.
• Handle employee offboarding, exit formalities, and Full & Final (F&F) coordination.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and processes.

Required Skills:

• 2 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience in onboarding and offboarding.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, basic formulas, data management).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with HRMS is an added advantage
