Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment for domestic and international hiring
- Manage payroll, attendance, and employee records
- Support policy development and organizational growth
- Guide employees and foster a positive, high-performance work culture
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate with Public Relations and Legal Compliance teams
- Handle employee inquiries, disciplinary matters, and grievances
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of statutory labor laws
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment (domestic & international)
- Proficiency in payroll, attendance, and employee data management
- Strong leadership, communication, and policy implementation skills
