We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Core HR function, drive people initiatives, and build a high-performance workplace that supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Core HR operations and ensure smooth day-to-day HR activities.
• Own the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit management.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, SOPs, and employee-centric initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders and department heads to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
• Build and maintain strong employee relations by resolving grievances, managing disciplinary matters, and fostering a positive work culture.
• Drive performance management, goal setting, performance reviews, feedback discussions, and appraisal cycles.
• Drive HR process improvements by implementing automation, modern HR technologies, and best practices to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Lead organizational change management initiatives and support business transformation programs.
• Collaborate with leadership and Talent Acquisition teams on workforce planning and organizational growth.

Required Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years of experience in Core HR and HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Experience in IT Services, SAP Consulting, or Technology organizations is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in Core HR Operations and HR governance.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance and Indian labor laws.
• Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms and HR analytics.
• Knowledge of HR automation, digital HR tools, and process optimization.
• Business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive employee engagement, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
