Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building HR processes and working closely with leadership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• HR Operations: Manage employee documentation, HRMS, attendance, leave, onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit formalities.
• Payroll & Compliance: Coordinate payroll, salary revisions, PF, ESI, professional tax, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Policies & Processes: Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbook guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Performance Management: Manage KRAs, KPIs, performance reviews, probation assessments, and performance improvement plans.
• Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement, recognition programs, internal communication, and retention initiatives.
• Employee Relations: Address grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace concerns, and employee queries.
• HR Analytics: Maintain HR dashboards for hiring, attrition, attendance, headcount, and other key HR metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or fast-growing organization.
• Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Working knowledge of payroll, compensation, statutory compliance, and Indian labour laws.
• Experience in HR policy implementation and performance management.
• Proficiency in HRMS, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
