Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee life-cycle management for academic and non-academic staff. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing performance appraisal processes, and supporting leadership in workforce planning and organizational development. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations, engagement initiatives, grievance resolution, and compliance with labor laws and institutional guidelines. Additional responsibilities include coordinating training and development programs, maintaining accurate HR records and HRIS data, and collaborating with management to foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven work culture.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding to effectively manage staffing needs.
• Experience in HR operations, including payroll coordination, attendance and leave management, and HR documentation.
• Ability to design and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and best practices in workplace ethics and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office, and basic data analysis for HR reporting and decision-making.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role, preferably in education, training, or service-oriented organizations.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
