• Performance Accountability System: signed role document and scorecard for every role; monthly performance-versus-target report; quarterly check-ins; April review before any pay change.
• Pay policy, salary bands, increment and bonus proposal; all employment letters with the company advocate; approves monthly salary inputs to Accounts.
• Hiring end to end for staff and senior roles sourcing, interviews, offers within budget; fresher and intern intake; adverts and job profiles.
• Retention: quarterly at-risk review with Sales Directors and Plant Managers; one-to-ones; key exits; NextGen and Leadership Group intake and records; training calendar.
• Quarterly plant and sales-office visits grievances, discipline, welfare, contractor compliance; monthly Human Resources and compliance report to the Managing Director.

Must have

• Comfortable doing the work personally, not only supervising this is a two-person team.
• Hands-on with Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, Factories Act and Contract Labour Act; credible with plant heads and sales directors; Gujarati, Hindi, English.
