Human Resources Manager

Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations to support HZY's growing team and culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, OH. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding, coordinating performance reviews, and supporting learning and development initiatives. The role will administer compensation and benefits programs, maintain HR policies and compliance, and handle employee relations and conflict resolution in a fair and confidential manner. The Human Resources Manager will partner with leadership to shape workplace culture, drive engagement, and ensure HR practices align with HZY's values of authenticity and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, compliance requirements, and best practices in a retail or fashion environment.
• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams at all levels.
• Proven ability in conflict resolution, coaching, and building trust-based relationships with team members and managers.
• Skills in HR data analysis, documentation, and use of HRIS or other HR-related software tools.
• Demonstrated ability to design and support training, development, and engagement initiatives that reflect organizational values.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, preferably in apparel, retail, or a creative industry, is beneficial.
